Chicken Charga with Masala Fries

Chicken charga ,spicy and flavorful with masala fries … I make it and  taste is amazing and also masala fries are giving this a beautiful boost and this is perfect no fail complete meal recipe.
Ingredients,

  • Kashmiri red chili powder  1 tbsp (you can also  use normal red chili powder 1-1/2 tsp)
  • garam masala powder  1 tsp
  • chat masala powder 1 tsp
  • turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • cumin powder  1 tsp
  • nut meg powder 1/2 tsp
  • red food colour  2-3  drops
  • yellow food colour  2-3 drops
  • oil 1/8 cup

  • egg 1
  • potatoes  2
  • corn flour  2-3 tbsp
  • salt 1/4 tsp

Directions,

3. marinate chicken in this second marination for at least 3-4 hours, if you don't have time marinate it for 1 hour. now take a baking tray, keep a rack on it, and place chicken on it. All extra juices from chicken will go down while cooking and this way chicken will bake perfectly.

4. Preheat the oven on 180 C. Bake chicken for 35 minutes. then turn off the oven and don't open the door, let the chicken inside the oven for more 5 minutes. then take it out. You can also steam it for 20 minutes and then fry it in hot oil for 5-10 minutes.

5. now in remaining better of chicken charga, add 1/4 tsp salt, 2 tbsp corn flour, 1 egg , mix well.
