Honey-Soy Tuna Steak

Serving = 2 persons

Ingredients,

  • tuna steak  200 gm ( 100gm each)
  • green onion  3-4
  • 1 tbsp oil for cooking

For marination,

  • garlic cloves  8
  • light soy sauce   8 tbsp
  • honey   3 tbsp
  • lemon juice   2 tbsp
  • salt  1/8 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • butter  2 tbsp melted

Directions,

2. marinate tuna steak in all above marination ingredients. melt the butter before adding this in marination.

3. heat a flat pan add 1 tbsp oil , add tuna steaks and cook for 5 minutes each side on medium heat with all marination. at end add green onions cut in inch pieces, mix well and take out in dish. serve.
