15 minutes Chicken Jalfrezi

The most easiest and yummiest Chicken Jalfrezi recipe…. This recipe is made of chicken and vegetables and taste better than restaurants and plus point is you can make it in less than 15 minutes if you have good cutting skills 😉 🙂

Ingredients,
  • chicken boneless    200-250 gm
  • green capsicum  1
  • onion medium  1
  • julian cut ginger  2 tbsp
  • green chilies  3
  • green onion 1
  • garlic finely chopped  1/2 tbsp
  • tomato  1
  • salt 1 tsp
  • red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
  • tomato puree  1/2 cup (or you can take a can of peeled tomatoes ,blend that and then use it half cup)
  • tomato ketchup  2 tbsp
  • soy sauce  1tbsp
  • Barbecue sauce   1 tbsp
  • oil  3-4 tbsp
Directions,
1. Cut chicken in medium strips, cut capsicum, onion, ginger, green chilies and green onions julian. take out the seeds of tomato then cut it julian.

2. Take peeled can tomatoes, blend them, then take 1/2 cup of blended tomatoes, add 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, mix well set a side.

7. You can see there is no gravy in it, just a little bit sauce to cover chicken and vegetables. and original jalfrezi does not have any gravy in it but if you want gravy you can add water 1/4 cup ,its your choice.
