Cantonese Chicken

Serving = 1 person
Ingredients,
  • chicken bone less  150 gm
  • soy sauce  1 tbsp
  • oyster sauce  1 tbsp
  • salt 1/8 tsp  or as required
  • black pepper 1/4 tsp
  • corn flour 1/2 tsp
  • water 1/2 cup
  • ginger 1/2 tsp chopped
  • garlic 1/2 tsp chopped
  • white vinegar 1 tsp
Directions,
1. cut chicken in small cubes, finely chopped ginger and garlic, finely slice green onion for garnish.

2. Heat a wok ,add ginger ,garlic, stir for 10 seconds, then add chicken.

5. mix cornflour in 1/2 cup of water, add in and cook until slightly thick, then add 1 tsp white vinegar, mix and turn off the heat.
