Fried Fish pakora(Pakistani Street Food Style)

This is the most amazing recipe of fried fish in Pakistani street food style. You can also say its a kind of fish pakora because coating is of gram flour in this.

Serving = 3-4 persons

Ingredients,

  • bone less fish  400 gm ( i am using basa)
  • oil for frying
for marination,
  • gram flour 3 tbsp
  • plain flour  1 tbsp
  • corn flour  1/2 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • lemon juice  3 tbsp
  • roasted cumin powder  1 tsp
  • carom seeds ( ajwain)  1 tsp
  • red chili powder  1 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp

Directions,

1. take fish , cut it in thin medium strips.

2. take carom seeds betweenyour palms, crush it, add this in a bowl and add all above marination ingredients with 1/4 cup water. you can add 1/2 tsp extra carom seeds if you like the flavor of carom seeds.

3. now marinate the fish in it for 1 hour, if you have time marinate this for 3-4 hours , because meat of fish looks so soft but it takes more marination time than chicken and meat.

4. fry this in hot oil for 3-4 minutes.
