Thai Fried Fish

Ingredients,

  • bone less fish   1/2 kg
  • flour  2 tbsp.
  • corn flour  3 tbsp.
  • oil for frying

FOR MARINATION,

  • garlic cloves   4-5
  • ginger   1 inch piece
  • fresh coriander stems     1/2 cup
  • Thai red curry paste   1 tbsp.
  • crushed black pepper   1/2 tsp
  • lemon grass  1
  • brown sugar  1 tsp
  • turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • salt    1/2 tsp  or as required

Directions,

1. in a chopper add all above Marinating ingredients. finely chop them.

3. marinate the fish with chopped marination.then add corn flour and plain flour mix well. marinate it for at least 30 minutes.

Fish has soft meat as compare to chicken or beef, but it takes more time for marinate, and chicken and beef take less time as compare to fish.
