And if you learn how to perfectly brown these, all curry taste really good. So here i am showing you how to perfectly brown onion Ingredients, onion 2-3 oil for frying Directions, 1. Finely slice onion, yes it is a must to slice the onions very fine if you want crispy brown onions. 2. Heat oil, it should be to hot, now add onions in it and on high heat continuously stir it for 2-3 minutes. don’t add to much onions in it. 3. Now turn the heat on medium and keep the heat on medium until end. keep stir it ,don’t stop to stir because if you leave it, onions will brown from 1 side and white from other side and they will soggy at end. This will take almost 8-10 minutes. Let the onions take their time for browning, Take them out before fully brown, because they are hot and cooking process will continue when you take them out, and they will change their colour and turn more dark in 2-3 minutes. So remember to take them out before fully brown as shown in picture. 4. So take them out on paper towels, spread them. keep them separated if you want them crispy. 5. now change paper towel and keep them separated until cool to keep them perfectly dry and crispy.
