Most famous Lahori fried fish in easy and flavorful way. Boneless fish with lot of spices , hot and sour flavors you will love it. An easy and quick perfect recipe for big gatherings. Just marinate it 1 day before of any dinner/lunch/tea party and  fry it at time of serving , it will take 2-3 minutes. Do try it and share your feed backs 🙂

Ingredients,

List 1,

  • Fish boneless (I am using cod)   1 kg
  • Ginger Garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • Green chili paste   1/2 tbsp
  • Carom seeds (ajwain)  1tsp
  • Turmeric powder  3/4 tsp
  • Red chili flakes  1 tsp (Add more if you like spicy)
  • Lemon juice  1/4 cup
  • Salt  1-1/2 tsp or as required

List 2,

  • Roasted crushed coriander
  • Roasted crushed cumin
  • Garam masala powder  1tsp
  • Gram flour   1/2 cup
  • Corn flour  2-3 heaped tbsp
  • Rise flour  1/4 cup
  • Egg 1

Directions,

1. Cut fish in small pieces.Take paper towels and dry it.Make sure its nicely dry or marination will not stick on it.

2. Add all list 1 ingredients in it and marinate for 1 hour.
I marinated this for 1 day for a dinner ….

3. Now add all list 2 ingredients.

4. Mix well

5. Now fry it in hot oil and serve fresh.
Because these are small pieces so it will take just 2-3 minutes for frying.
