Chocolate Tart

Who doesn’t love a rich classic french Chocolate tart. My kids loved this one and so do me.

This Chocolate Tart is simple, classic and amazing! Rich, scrumptious chocolate with crisp sweet pastry to die for. It’s the perfect dessert for a dinner party and so easy to make. A brilliant make-ahead dinner party dessert.

This is actually chocolate ganache tart. Ganache is a luxurious filling made of heavy cream and chocolate. That’s why this recipe is so easy to make.

Tip 1:I used milk chocolate in this recipe because I like it, also that is a little sweet so I didn’t add any sugar or honey in it. You can use Dark chocolate in it with some honey or sugar, according to your taste.

Tip 2: I used homemade sweet short crust pastry tart in it (recipe here). You can use store bought pastry case if you are in hurry.
