This is the easiest chicken recipe for dummies or people who don’t have much time to spend in kitchen or students who live alone and don’t want to spend more money or time with recipes but want to eat perfect Pakistani home cooking taste.Try this i am sure you all love it….. 🙂
5.now add chopped garlic and 1/2 tsp salt.with lid on, on slow heat cook it for 20 minutes. please try to use chopped garlic because you are not adding any water in cooking ,if u use garlic paste it can burn easily . if you don’t have fresh chopped garlic just add 4-5 tbsp of water with 1 tbsp of garlic paste.
6. turn the chicken 1-2 times while cooking for 20 minutes.after 20 minutes you have something like this.you can see the garlic is golden brown even after 20 minutes.
7.now add chopped tomatoes,chilies,black pepper powder,lemon juice.just sprinkle every thing no need to stir.on very low heat with tight lid on cook it for 10-15 minutes.
8.after 10 minutes.on high heat cook it for 2-3 minutes to evaporate the extra juices and serve it as it is in frying pan. you can reduce or increase green chilies according to your taste.and please take 650-750 gm chicken to get the accurate result. now have it with hot naan or chapati whatever u like… 🙂
