Khajor Meethi Chutney/Date Sweet Sauce/Red Sauce/Lal Chutney for chat,golgappy, dahi vada.

Ingredients,

  • dated seed less  10-12
  • brown sugar  4 tbsp
  • red chili powder  1 tsp level
  • ginger powder/ sonth 1/2 tsp
  • tamarind pulp  3-4 tbsp/1/2 cup
  • cumin powder  1 tsp
  • red food colour  1/4 tsp or as required
  • water  1-1/2 cup

1. Take seed less dated.
2. grind all ingredients except red food colour.
3. grind them fine.
4. cook them until slightly thick. at end add red food colour let it cook for 1 minute then take it out and let it cool .
Date sweet sauce is ready, you can keep this in a clean jar and keep this in fridge for 2-3 months.
