Tandori Chicken

Ingredients,marinate tandoori

  • chicken whole    1 kg
  • yogurt     4 tbsp
  • salt     1 tsp
  • garam masala     1 tsp
  • lemon juice       2 tbsp
  • ginger garlic paste     1 tbsp
  • yellow food colour   1/8 tsp
  • red chili powder    1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder    1/2 tsp
  • meat tenderizer powder  1/2 tsp
  • onion   1
  • oil    3 tbs

Directions,

  1. in a bowl mix yogurt,salt,garam masala,lemon juice,ginger garlic paste,yellow food colour,red chili powder,cumin powder,meat tenderizer powder,oil.
  2. now marinate the chicken in it for at least 3 -4 hours.
  3. preheat the oven to 180 degrees C.
  4. bake the chicken for about 40-45 minutes.
  5. now take out the chicken and pour the extra juices of chicken in a small frying pan.
  6. cut the onion in round  slices and cook it on high heat with the juices.tandori onion
  7. when dry take out the onions.
  8. serve it with tandori chicken.
