Chawal Pakoray / Rice Fritters

Ramadan most favorite snack pakoray mostly made with gram flour, veggies and spices with different variation. 

Rice fritters / Chawal Pakora are really crisp and yummy kind of pakoray. I made them with leftover rice , spinach , gram flour , fresh coriander, green chilies and spices. So try and enjoy 🙂

Ingredients,

  • Boil rice  1 cup
  • Spinach   14-15 leaves  chopped
  • Fresh coriander   hand full  chopped
  • Fresh mint   12-13 leaves   chopped
  • Fresh green chilies   2 
  • Onion  medium   2
  • Salt   1 tsp or as required
  • Red chili powder   2 tsp
  • Gram flour  1-1/2 cup
  • Ginger chopped   1-1/2 tsp
  • Lemon juice  3-4 tbsp
  • Crushed red chili   1 tsp
  • Cumin whole/ zeera   1 tsp

1. Add boil rice, onion, green chili in a chopper. chop them…

3. Now add all other remaining ingredients.

4. Mix with some water.

5. Fry them in hot oil. Make small fritters so they cook easily and crispy.
