Ramadan most favorite snack pakoray mostly made with gram flour, veggies and spices with different variation.
Rice fritters / Chawal Pakora are really crisp and yummy kind of pakoray. I made them with leftover rice , spinach , gram flour , fresh coriander, green chilies and spices. So try and enjoy 🙂
Ingredients,
- Boil rice 1 cup
- Spinach 14-15 leaves chopped
- Fresh coriander hand full chopped
- Fresh mint 12-13 leaves chopped
- Fresh green chilies 2
- Onion medium 2
- Salt 1 tsp or as required
- Red chili powder 2 tsp
- Gram flour 1-1/2 cup
- Ginger chopped 1-1/2 tsp
- Lemon juice 3-4 tbsp
- Crushed red chili 1 tsp
- Cumin whole/ zeera 1 tsp
