Nankhatai with oil

Nankhatai Pakistan’s most favorite kind of biscuits. Made with flour ,butter and sugar. Mostly made with clarified butter (ghee) but many people asked me to make biscuits with oil. So today I am making this yummy treat with oil.

So easy and affordable recipe.

Serving = makes about 3 dozen

Ingredients, 

  • Flour 2-1/2 cup
  • Baking powder  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1 cup
  • Icing sugar  1 cup

1. Sieve flour,baking powder, icing sugar together in a bowl.

2. Make dough with the help of oil… add 1/4 cup oil at a time and mix until forms into a dough.
use less than 1 cup oil until dough forms.

3. you can see this oil left while making dough.

4. Make small balls and press them from middle.

5. Bake in a preheated oven on 180 C for 10-12 minutes.
