Spring rolls are filled, rolled appetizers found in East Asian and Southeast Asian cuisine. There are so many recipes for them and I make these Chicken Spicy spring rolls with chicken mince, potatoes,cabbage, and green chili , gave it spicy and Chinese kind of flavors.

Ingredients,
List 1,
Chicken mince 250 g
Cabbage sliced 1-1/4 cup
Onion 1 small
Green chili 1
Potatoes cubed 2 cups
Ginger paste 1 tbsp
Oil 2 tbsp + extra for frying
List 2,
Salt 1/2 tsp
Chicken cube 1
Soy sauce 2 tbsp
Worcestershire sauce 2 tbsp
Hot sauce 2 tbsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp

Cut all vegetables. Chop very fine onion, green chili, slice cabbage very fine and cut potatoes in very small cubes. Crush ginger like paste.

Fry potatoes until light brown. Take out set aside.

Now in another wok add 2 tbsp oil with ginger paste, stir few seconds then add onions and stir on high heat for 1 minute. After that add chicken mince and stir on high heat until all extra water dries then add all list 2 ingredients with cabbage and green chili , mix well . Mash nicely chicken cube before adding in. Now add fried potatoes mix well.

Turn off the heat and taste salt, if you feel then add more.Let it cool.

we will need a flour paste for rolling rolls perfectly. This will seal them properly. In a cup add 3 tbsp flour and mix it with some water to make a paste.

1. Now take 1 roll sheet. 2. Keep 1 tbsp filling on it. 3. start rolling it. 4. Fold the edges with some flour paste. also apply some flour paste on end edges. 5. Roll it tightly.

Rolls are ready. You can also freeze them at this stage.

Fry then until golden brown then serve with ketchup or chili sauce.
