Mushroom and Chicken Croquette

    • mushroom    40 gm
    • chicken        50 gm
    • potato   3 large
    • red and yellow capsicum    30 gm
    • green   chili  1
    • onion   1 small
    • salt as required
    • Italian seasoning    1 tbsp
    • vegetable oil  2 tbsp
    • soy sauce    2 tbsp
    • paprika   1 tsp
    • egg  1
    • golden bread crumbs    1 cup


1. Boil potatoes, mash them add 1/2 tsp salt,2 tbsp soy sauce, paprika, Italian seasoning mix well.

2. In a chopper chop mushroom, boiled chicken, red and yellow capsicum, green chili, onion one by one.

3.In a preheated pan add 2 tbsp vegetable oil ,chopped mushroom, chicken. Red and yellow capsicum, green chili, onion,1/4 tsp salt,1 tbsp soy sauce.Saute them on high heat for 3 to 4 minutes.

4.Add this mixture in potato mixture ,mix well.

5.Give this mixture cylinder shapes.

6.Now dip the croquettes in beaten egg first then in bread crumbs.repeat with all Croquettes

7. Fry them then serve hot.
