Dahi qeema is mince of chicken or mutton meat cooked with yogurt. Slightly different way of making this than the normal mince cooking method so do try and enjoy 🙂
Ingredients,
Oil  1/4 cup
Onions chopped  1 cup
Chicken mince  1/2 kg
Yogurt  1/2 kg
Salt 1 tsp
Red chili powder  1 tsp
Coriander powder  1 tsp
Cumin whole  1 tsp
Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
green chilies/fresh coriander for garnish

1. Take yogurt and hang it in muslin cloth over a bowl or sink for 1 hour. Most of the whey will drain and yogurt will become creamer. Set it a side.

2. Now heat oil in a wok ,add onions and cook until light brown.

3. Add ginger garlic paste and stir few seconds.

4. Add salt, turmeric, red chili, coriander powders and cumin, stir few seconds.

5. Add chicken mince.

6. Stir on high heat until all extra juices evaporate from mince.

7. Add yogurt and cook for 2-3 minutes.

8. Add garam masala powder, green chilies and fresh coriander. Stir it on high heat for few minutes to finish.
