Chicken Onion Masala

Some times we have some left over things in our fridge so better not to throw them, use them to make some other recipes like if you have some pieces of chicken use them.

INGREDIENTS,

  • Chicken boiled and shredded   1/2 cup
  • capsicum   half
  • onion   1 medium
  • tomato  1
  • green chili  1
  • salt  1/4 tsp
  • black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice   1 tbsp
  • garam masala powder  1/4 tsp

DIRECTIONS,

1. cut onion, capsicum,and green chili in long slices

2. heat 3 tbsp oil in wok add tomatoes and green chilies.stir for 3-4 minutes on slow heat until tomatoes are completely done.

3. now add boiled or leftover shredded chicken with onion and capsicum slices.add salt,black pepper,lemon juice and garam masala powder mix well and with lid on cook it on very low heat for 5 minutes.
