Chicken Shashlik with sauce

When ever i make a dish i make it with almost with more than 6-7 recipes and then i choose 1 recipe that is best among all of those and thats how i upload recipes on my blog, the best one which me and my family love the most.I have tried many shashlik recipes all were ok but when i make this shashlik recipe i stop searching for other shashlik recipes because its the one perfect full of flavors , i must say chatpatti recipe and hope you find it as good as i am telling you 🙂

Ingredients,

List 1

  • chicken bone less cubes  500 gm
  • onion  2 medium
  • tomato 2 medium
  • capsicum 2 medium

List 2 marination

  • tomato ketchup  4 tbsp
  • mustard paste  1 tbsp
  • BBQ sauce  2 tbsp
  • Soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • red chili powder  1 tsp + add 1/2 more if you eat spicy
  • corn flour  1 tbsp
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • lemon juice  2 tbsp
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • green chili paste  1 tbsp
  • meat tenderizer powder  1/2 tsp

List 3 for shashlik sauce

  • tomato ketchup  1/4 cup
  • bbq sauce 1-1/2 tbsp
  • mustard paste  1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • garlic paste  1/4 tsp
  • salt 1/8 tsp or as required
  • black pepper powder  1/4 tsp
  • lemon juice 1-1/2 tbsp

Directions,

1. Cut chicken in 1 or 2 inch cubes.

5. Marinate chicken in it for 1 hour.after 1 hour add all cubed vegetables in it, leave it for 10 minutes.

7.now cook them on a grilling pan on high heat for 4-5 minutes each side.

8. If you don't have oven keep all skewers in a pan and with lid on cook it for 10 minutes on low heat. also give them coal smoke it you want BBQ flavor .

10. cover it with foil tightly. now in preheated oven on 250 C ,cook them for 10 minutes.

11. for sauce add all list 3 ingredients in a bowl mix them well and serve with shashlik.

Shashlik is ready ,serve with plain white rice or Chinese rice.
