Easy Chicken Roast Recipe
The easiest Chicken Roast recipe. I made this recipe to make my life easier 🙂 . Just 2 steps, mix all ingredients then cook and done. I cooked this chicken roast on my husband’s birthday party and because I had to cook so many things for the party so I decided to choose recipes like this that won’t take time.
The best thing about this recipe is you can cook it a day before the party keep it in a oven proof dish and then before serving reheat it in microwave. Or bake it like I do at 170 C for 10-15 minutes. It will give it a nice color and fresh taste.

Ingredients

- Chicken leg pieces no skin  2 kg
- Ginger garlic finely chipped 2 tbsp
- Salt 1 tsp or as required
- Chicken powder 1 tbsp
- Garam masala powder 1/2 tbsp
- Red chili flakes 1/2 tbsp
- Kashmiri red chili powder 1 tbsp
- Tandoori masala 1 tbsp
- Lemon juice 4 tbsp
- White vinegar  4 tbsp

- Red, Yellow capsicum 1-1
- Colored chilies for servingÂ

Now you can serve it as it is or I cooled it on room temperature then cover it with cling film. Place it in fridge
Then next day before serving I baked it in a preheated oven at 170 C for 10-15 minutes.
