Green masala fried chicken with green masala veges

Ingredients,

  • chicken  500 gm
  • potatoes   6-7 medium
  • rice flour   7-8 tbsp.
  • fresh curry leaves( kari patta)  10-12 leaves
  • jalapeno peppers   2 tbsp.
  • onion  1 medium
  • ginger   1/2 tbsp.
  • garlic  1/2 tbsp.
  • salt   2 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • lemon juice  4 tbsp.
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp

2. boil them for 5-7 minutes.

4. now in a blender add curry leaves,onion,jalapeno peppers,ginger garlic and lemon juice, and salt 1/2 tsp .add 1/4 cup water. make a smooth paste.

5. now take chicken, chicken should be small in size. add 1/2 tsp salt and 1/4 tsp turmeric powder mix well.now add 3/4 of blended masala. mix well. in last add 4 tbsp of rice flour mix and leave it in fridge for 2 hours.

6. now add the remaining 1/4 blended masala on potatoes ,mix well. add 4 tbsp rice flour mix well. leave it to marinate in fridge for an hour or so.
7. take 1/4 cup oil in a pan. add chicken in hot oil on high heat. don't overlap it. after 5 minutes turn it, cook it on high heat for more 5 minutes . now with lid on cook it for 15 minutes or until its tender. in last on high heat cook it for 5 minutes turning both sides for a nice crisp on top.

7. take 1/4 cup oil in a pan. add chicken in hot oil on high heat. don’t overlap it. after 5 minutes turn it, cook it on high heat for more 5 minutes . now with lid on cook it for 15 minutes or until its tender. in last on high heat cook it for 5 minutes turning both sides for a nice crisp on top.
8. in a flat pan add 4-5 tbsp oil. keep potato wedges on it cook them on medium heat turning both sides.
