Peri Peri Chicken Wings

INGREDIENTS,

  • peri peri hot sauce   4 tbsp
  • paprika powder  1tbsp
  • chicken wings with skin  650 gm
  • salt  1 tsp
  • garlic  6-7 cloves
  • vegetable oil   4 tbsp
  • soy sauce  4 tbsp
  • white vinegar   10 tbsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • white vinegar   2 tbsp

DIRECTIONS,

1.take chicken wings with skin,or if u don't like with skin take with out skin,but the result with skin will perfect. now wash them and add 1/2 tsp salt and 10 tsp vinegar mix well and leave for 1 hour,this is because some times there is a little bit smell in with skin chicken .so after 1 hour wash them properly .

2. now marinate it with 4 tbsp peri peri hot sauce,1 tbsp paprika,1 tsp crushed red chili flakes,1 tsp salt,4 tbsp soy sauce,2 tbsp white vinegar,4 tbsp oil,and chopped garlic.please use chopped garlic because in cooking that will not burn and give this chicken a nice texture. marinate it for 2-3 hours or if have time marinate it over night.or if u don’t have time do not marinate for hours cook it as it is,that will also taste good.
3.heat a pan add chicken wings.

3.heat a pan add chicken wings. 4.now cook on high heat for 5- 10 minutes.then turn the heat very low and cook them with lid on for 20-25 minutes. 5. now on high heat cook wings so all juices will evaporate.serve.
