Ingredients

  • 1-1/2 cup Powdered Sugar

  • 1/4 cup Water

  • 1 tbsp Glucose Syrup

  • 10 g Chocolate

Directions

  • Add powdered sugar, glucose syrup and water in a pan.
  • Turn on the heat and let it boil on medium heat until reaches to a full boil or 100 C.
  • Turn the heat very low and add in chocolate.
  • Mix nicely and turnoff the heat.
  • Dip donuts, choux pastry in it or pour it over small petit fours.
  • I dipped my choux au craqelin in it.

Notes

  • This icing will hard on room temperature. Heat it a little before using it you can also add a tablespoon water white reheating to make it in pouring consistency.
