Quick Mango Icecream

  I made this ice cream with just three ingredients mango, cream , condensed milk .The most lip-smacking quick mango ice cream recipe. So give it a try  its amazing.

Ingredients,

  • Mango  pulp   1 cup
  • Double cream  300 ml (use any other cream if you don’t have double cream)
  • Sweetened condensed milk    1 tin  ( 1 cup ) (use less if you do not like too sweet)
  • Vanilla extract   1 tsp

1. Take fresh mango peel the skin and make fine puree almost 1 cup.
2. Now in a bowl add chilled cream and beat it until stiff peaks. 3. Now fold sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract. 4. Now mix in mango pulp. 5. Pour in molds of your choice.

6. Cover and seal with foil. Or keep ice cream in a air tight container.
Freeze it for 5 hours…take out and serve.
or if you want to keep it for longer time then freeze it for 5 hours, take out and put it in blender and blend until smooth ,then cover and seal and freeze again.
