Ingredients

  • Macaron Shells
  • Macaron shells Recipe

  • Candied Blueberry Filling
  • 200 g Blueberry puree

  • 15 g Sugar

  • 2 tsp Pectin NH

Directions

  • Make purple colour french macaron using this recipe
  • I am using this sugarflair purple powder colour.
  • Candied blueberry filling
  • Mix sugar and pectin NH
  • Heat blueberry puree on low heat until reaches 45 C. Add in sugar and pectin. Cook and boil it until the mixture thickens. Keep stiring it.
  • Keep it in between 2 plastic wraps and keep it in fridge for 1 hour.
  • Blend the puree until smooth then fill in the piping bag and fill the macarons.
