Fish and cheese balls

Fish and cheese balls made with tuna,potatoes, and cheese.

Serving = this recipe will make 2 dozen balls almost

Ingredients,

  • Boneless fish  100 gm (I used tuna)
  • potatoes  4 medium
  • mozzarella cheese   1/2 cup
  • green onions  2
  • green chili  1
  • fresh coriander chopped  3 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp or  as required
  • paprika powder  1 tbsp
  • chili sauce  2 tbsp
  • soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • black pepper  1/4 tsp
  • ginger garlic paste  1 tsp

For coating,

  • plain flour   1/2 cup
  • salt 1/4 tsp
  • paprika  1/2 tsp
  • breadcrumbs  as required

Directions,

1. Take fish, add soy sauce, chili sauce, black pepper, ginger garlic paste , cook it until tender for 7-8 minutes....add 3-4 tbsp water ,if you feel its sticking to bottom, but dry it at end.

2. On a chopping board finely chop cooked fish,green chili, coriander, green onion.

3. Add 4 boiled potatoes in same pan in which we cook fish....because all extra spices from fish will give these balls a nice flavor.

7. Now add cheese...mix with light hands.

9. From list 2 ,Mix flour, salt ,paprika with some water to make a smooth paste... dip balls in this flour paste first, then in bread crumbs...

10. Keep them in a plate, keep in fridge for 1/2 hour before frying or freeze them, and use when you need them.
