The most easiest and yummiest Chicken Jalfrezi recipe…. This recipe is made of chicken and vegetables and taste better than restaurants and plus point is you can make it in less than 15 minutes if you have good cutting skills 😉 🙂

Ingredients,
chicken boneless   200-250 gm
green capsicum  1
onion medium  1
julian cut ginger  2 tbsp
green chilies  3
green onion 1
garlic finely chopped  1/2 tbsp
tomato  1
salt 1 tsp
red chili powder  1/2 tsp
garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
tomato puree  1/2 cup (or you can take a can of peeled tomatoes ,blend that and then use it half cup)
2. Take peeled can tomatoes, blend them, then take 1/2 cup of blended tomatoes, add 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tbsp barbecue sauce, 2 tbsp ketchup, mix well set a side.
3. Heat a wok, add 3-4 tbsp oil with 1/2 tbsp chopped garlic ,stir for 5 seconds, then add chicken and stir on high heat for 4-5 minutes, because chicken is thinly sliced so it will take no time for cooking.
4. Now add capsicum, green chilies and onion, stir for 1 minute on high heat. and keep the heat on high till end, this will give jalfrezi a very nice taste.
