Quick and easy Pizza(Hamnah’s Recipe)

My daughter made this pizza today, I helped her making this pizza….she’s just 8 years old and this pizza recipe is so easy that even kids can make it. there is no kneading involve in the recipe ,just mix the dough with spoon ,then mix a little with hands and done.

Serving = 1 large pizza

Ingredients,

For Pizza Dough
  • warm water  1 cup
  • active dry yeast  1 packet  almost  10 gm
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • Bread flour  2-1/2 cup (you can also use plain flour but bread flour will give superior crust)
  • oil  4 tbsp
  • salt  1 tsp
Other Ingredients,
  • Chicken boneless small cubes   150 gm
  • chicken tikka masala   2 tbsp
  • garlic paste  1 tsp
  • tomato ketchup
  • onion, tomato, capsicum  as required
  • Mozzarella cheese as required

Directions,

1.Preheat the oven on 230 C/450 F.  In a bowl add 1 cup warm water, yeast and sugar... mix well with a spoon and keep it in some hot place for 10 minutes.

1. Take flour in a bowl, add salt mix well. then add yeast mixture and oil. 2. Mix with spoon. 3. mix until combines well. 4. now with oily hands mix it 2-3 time giving little presure. keep in some hot place until u make chicken and veges for toppings

marinate chicken with chicken tikka masala and garlic paste, cook with 2 tbsp oil on high heat until all juices evaporates. cut all veges.

spread some dry flour on work surface, keep dough on it.

now layer ketchup on it, then chicken, then all veges, then mozzarella cheese.

Bake it for 15-20 minutes depending upon your oven temperature.
