Simplest Chicken Karhai (with just 2 steps)

Chicken karahi, also known as gosht karahi, and kadai chicken, is a dish from the Indian subcontinent.It is a very famous Pakistani dish. In Pakistan people make it with so many different recipes. Sometimes with lots of ingredients, sometimes with few ingredients. Previously I  have shared so many recipes of Chicken karahi in my blog but this time sharing the one which is so quick and easy. Ingredients,

list 1

  • Chicken  500-600 gm
  • Garlic paste  1 tsp
  • Tomato big  2
  • Green chilies  2
  • Yogurt  3 tbsp
  • Salt 1 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder  1 tsp
  • Turmeric powder  1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala  1/2 tsp
  • Oil  1/2 cup

  • black pepper   1/4 tsp
  • fresh coriander  as required

Directions,

1. add all above list 1 ingredients in a wok. turn on the heat on high when its bubbling turn the heat to low and with lid on cook it for 25-30 minutes. checking and string in between.

2. after 25-30 minutes turn the heat to high and stir it until all juices evaporates add fresh coriander and black pepper. serve
