Creamy cheesy pasta Recipe
Ingredients
Servings: 4
- 4 cups boiled pasta
- 150 gm chicken cut in small strips
- 50gm mushroom
- 3 tbsp yogurt
- 180 gm light cream
- 50 gm mozzarella cheese
- italian seasoning 1 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tsp
- crushed black pepper 1/2 tsp
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp crushed garlic
Directions
- Heat a pan add oil and garlic, chicken, mushroom, cook it for 4 minutes.
- Now add yogurt cook it for about 1 minute.
- Add cream, cheese, italian seasoning, salt, black pepper mix well.
- Now add pasta mix it and turn off the heat
