Perfect Thin Crust Chicken Pizza

Serving = This recipe will make 3 medium sized pizzas

Ingredients,

For pizza dough, List 1
  • Bread flour  500 gm (use plain flour 500 gm if you don’t have bread flour)
  • instant yeast  14 gm (2 sachets)
  • salt 1 tsp
  • sugar 1 tsp
  • oil 1/8 cup + extra for greasing
  • lightly  warm water 1 cup+some more if needed
For Pizza Sauce, List 2
  • tomato puree  150 gm (half cup)
  • onion 1 medium
  • garlic finely chopped  1/2 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp or as required
  • Italian seasoning  1/2 tsp
  • red chili flakes 1 tsp + more if needed
  • oil 2-3 tbsp
  • water  1 cup
For Toppings, List 3
  • chicken boneless small cubes  1/2 kg
  • Worcestershire sauce  3 tbsp
  • lemon juice 3 tbsp
  • red chili flakes 1 tsp
  • garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • tandori chicken powder  1 tbsp
  • salt 1/2 tsp or as required
  • black pepper crushed  1/2 tsp
  • mozzarella cheese  3-4 cups or as required

Directions,

1. For pizza sauce ,Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan , add chopped onion, stir for 1 minute until onion changes its colour, then add garlic paste, stir for 5 seconds, then add tomato puree ,water, italian seasoning, red chili flakes and salt ..cook for 7-8 minutes or until slightly thick.

For pizza sauce , from list 2 ….Heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a pan , add chopped onion, stir for 1 minute until onion changes its colour, then add garlic finely chopped, stir for 5 seconds, then add tomato puree ,water, italian seasoning, red chili flakes and salt ..cook for 7-8 minutes or until slightly thick. set it a side …let it cool
Take boneless Chicken add all ingredients from list 3 in it except mozzarella cheese.. marinate it for 15 minutes then cook it with 2 tbsp oil on high heat until all juices evaporate and chicken will tender.

For pizza dough
1. add all dry ingredients in a bowl , mix them well , then add oil and 1 cup lightly warm water,mix with a spoon, then keep the dough on lightly flour work surface and knead it with hands.(with the palm of your hand push the dough forward then pull it back) 2. keep the dough in a greased bowl, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or kitchen cloth…then keep it in some warm place for 1-2 hours or until dough rise .. 3. now make 3 equal sized balls from this dough. again keep the balls on a flat surface and cover them with plastic wrap or kitchen cloth for 1 hour or until rise and double in size.
1.Preheat the oven on 230 C. Take 2-3 tbsp semolina and spread it on work surface. 2.keep the dough on work surface. 3. spread it with hands .Semolina will help the pizza crust to cook crispy from outside.

now keep the dough on lightly greased pizza pan.layer pizza sauce on it, but don't add to much sauce just a little to cover the pizza, then add chicken and finish with mozzarella cheese ,sprinkle some Italian seasoning and red chili flakes if you like spicy..

Bake it for 9-10 minutes.
