Serving = This recipe will make 3 medium sized pizzas
Ingredients,
For pizza dough, List 1
- Bread flour 500 gm (use plain flour 500 gm if you don’t have bread flour)
- instant yeast 14 gm (2 sachets)
- salt 1 tsp
- sugar 1 tsp
- oil 1/8 cup + extra for greasing
- lightly warm water 1 cup+some more if needed
For Pizza Sauce, List 2
- tomato puree 150 gm (half cup)
- onion 1 medium
- garlic finely chopped 1/2 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tsp or as required
- Italian seasoning 1/2 tsp
- red chili flakes 1 tsp + more if needed
- oil 2-3 tbsp
- water 1 cup
For Toppings, List 3
- chicken boneless small cubes 1/2 kg
- Worcestershire sauce 3 tbsp
- lemon juice 3 tbsp
- red chili flakes 1 tsp
- garlic paste 1 tbsp
- tandori chicken powder 1 tbsp
- salt 1/2 tsp or as required
- black pepper crushed 1/2 tsp
- mozzarella cheese 3-4 cups or as required
Directions,
1. add all dry ingredients in a bowl , mix them well , then add oil and 1 cup lightly warm water,mix with a spoon, then keep the dough on lightly flour work surface and knead it with hands.(with the palm of your hand push the dough forward then pull it back) 2. keep the dough in a greased bowl, cover the bowl with a plastic wrap or kitchen cloth…then keep it in some warm place for 1-2 hours or until dough rise .. 3. now make 3 equal sized balls from this dough. again keep the balls on a flat surface and cover them with plastic wrap or kitchen cloth for 1 hour or until rise and double in size.
2.keep the dough on work surface.
3. spread it with hands .Semolina will help the pizza crust to cook crispy from outside.
