Square Lacha Paratha (frozen)

The famous lacha paratha, I made it in Puff pastry style to give it more flakiness and also made it frozen so I can use it whenever I want….  This time I made it with wheat flour and plain flour … and shape is square … make it for any time ,breakfast, Ramadan …you would definitely love it …yes method is a little hard and time consuming but once you have prepared paratha in your hand, nothing is better than that.

I add wheat flour because I want to make it more healthy for kids, you can also make it just with plain flour …taste would be even better.
