This salad is not a recipe. I am posting this salad board to show how we can serve salad in easy and beautiful way. This is the simplest way of adding freshness and colour to your lunch or dinner table.
Idea is to use the vegetables of your choice. Arrange them on the board or plate. I used Avocado, Lettuce, baby tomatoes, cucumber.
Just before serving sprinkle salt, black pepper and olive oil on top.
Also decorate it with some edible flowers. These are my home grown edible cornflowers.
