My parents are punjabi but they live in sindh so most of our family friends and relatives are sindhi, Sindhi cuisine is awesome and easy to cook. 1 of the most common dish is taryal Bhindi is quick cook ladyfinger in 3-4 spices. In sindh people like to have it in breakfast with paratha but there is no limit you can have it any time. Its just so yum yum.
I am giving here recipe which I learn from my family,my aunties, my mom make it like this.
- lady fingers fresh or frozen 300-350 gm
- ginger Julian 1 tbsp
- green chili 1 (Use more if you like spicy)
- coriander for garnish
- salt 1/2 tsp or as required
- onion 1 medium
- red chili flakes 1/4 tsp
- coriander powder 1 tsp
- cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
- chat masala 1 tsp
