This is very delicious Fish steak recipe which I made in air fryer. Because I like every thing full of spices and flavors so I made this recipe exactly like that. Its healthy as well as yummy. I made lightly stir fried vegetables with the fish to make it complete meal and gave vegetables tikka flavour (cant live with out this flavour š ). Also made a garlic mayo style sauce with it, which is giving this dish a super kick. So all and all a perfect, complete, healthy, easy, quick meal. Because of its flavors I am giving it name Air Fried Masala Fish with Tikka Veges Do try it and enjoy š

- Red chili powderĀ Ā 1 tsp
- Crushed corianderĀ Ā 1 tsp
- Crushed cuminĀ 2 tsp
- Crushed black pepperĀ Ā 1/4 tsp
- Crushed Red pepperĀ Ā 1/4 tsp
List 2,
- Boneless fishĀ 350-400 g
- Lemon juiceĀ 2-3 tbsp
- Garlic pasteĀ 1 tsp
- FlourĀ as required
List 3,
- Mix vegetables thinly cutĀ Ā 2 cups
- Tikka masala powderĀ 2 tsp or as required
- Lemon juiceĀ Ā 1-2 tbsp
- SaltĀ Ā as required
List 4 for sauce,
- MayonnaiseĀ Ā 4 tbsp
- YogurtĀ Ā 2 tbsp
- SaltĀ a pinch
- Crushed black pepperĀ Ā a pinch
- Lemon juiceĀ 1 tbsp
- Garlic pasteĀ Ā 1/4 tsp
Directions,
Turn it 1 time in between.
Spray some oil if you want. I did not add any oil in it this time.
Heat 1-2 tbsp oil in a wok, add vegetables, tikka masala, lemon juice, salt from list 3. Stir on high heat for 1 minute. Its done.
