Serving = makes about 2 dozen balls
Ingredients,
List 1
- Chickpeas boiled 1-1/2 cup ( I used can of boiled chickpeas)
- bread slice 1
- green chili 1
- fresh coriander 5-6 stems
- fresh mint 7-8 leaves
- onion 1 small
- salt 1/2 tsp
- red chili powder 1/2 tsp
- cumin whole 1 tsp
For coating list 2
- egg 1
- plain flour as required
- bread crumbs as required
Directions,
2. In a chopper add onion, green chili, fresh coriander, mint.
3. Chop them fine. take out in a bowl.
5. chop chickpeas in same chopper…take them out.
6. gather all chopped ingredients in a bowl, add salt, red chili powder, cumin whole.
7. Mix well .
8. make very small balls.
