Aloo Pakoray /Potato Fritters

The most basic and easy kind of aloo pakora recipe I just made a little bit changing in original recipe. Try them my way and enjoy 🙂

Ingredients,
List 1
  • gram flour/ besan   6 tbsp
  • rice flour  1 tbsp
  • corn flour  1 tbsp
  • yogurt  1 tbsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • turmeric 1/4 tsp for colour
  • red chili powder 1/2 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1/2 tsp
  • cumin powder 1/2 tsp
  • whole cumin seeds 1/2 tsp
  • lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • green chili chopped 1
  • fresh coriander chopped  2 tbsp
List 2
  • potato 2 medium cut in slices
  • oil for frying
Directions,

1. Mix all above ingredients, with water make a medium consistency better. beat it well with spoon for 2-3 minutes then leave it for 15 minutes.

2. after 15 minutes, beat it again with spoon for 30 seconds. now coat the potato slices and add in hot oil, fry for 2 minutes on high heat then 2 minutes on medium heat and at last 1 minute on high heat. take them out. oil should be hot. if it is cold pakoras cant be crispy.

2. After 15 minutes, beat it again with spoon for 30 seconds. now coat the potato slices in this batter and fry in hot oil.
