Afghani Chops

Afghan cuisine less ingredients awesome taste….Soft tender afgani chops, with few ingredients these chops have awesome flavors in them, just give them enough marination time and you will get them perfect.

Serving = 4

Ingredients,

  • lamb chops   500 g
  • ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp heaped
  • cinnamon powder  (darchini)  1/2 tsp
  • salt  1 tsp
  • crushed black pepper   1 tsp
  • white vinegar  2 tbsp
  • oil  3-4 tbsp
  • papaya paste  2 tbsp (I use meat tenderizer powder  1 tsp heaped)

Directions,

1. Add all above ingredients in a bowl.

4. Bake them on 175 C ,for 25-30 minutes….turn them after 15 minutes so they can bake equally both sides….or you can also grill them or cook them in a pan.
I am serving them with chili yogurt dip.

For chili yogurt dip

1. In a chopper , finely chop 2 garlic cloves,1 tsp whole cumin, 5-6 mint leaves, and 1 green chili with 1/4 cup water.
