After trying so many recipes of fried chicken I made this recipe of crispy fried broast with less ingredients…this recipe is just perfect and I try to write all tips and tricks in it which are used to make a perfect crispy broast
Ingredients,
List 1 for marination
- chicken with bones 1 kg
- yogurt 4 tbsp
- lemon juice 1/4 cup
- salt 1 tsp
- paprika powder 1-1/2 tbsp
- ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp heaped
- meat tenderizer powder 1 tsp
List 2 for coating
- self raising flour 1 cup
- rice flour 1/2 cup
- salt 1/2 tsp
- chat masala powder 1 tbsp
Directions,
6. oil should not be too much hot or neither too much cold…
7. if its too hot your pieces will burn outside and raw inside..
8. if its too cold ,coating of chicken will spread in oil.
9. now cook it on medium heat for about 15 -17 minutes…. and do not touch your chicken for about 10-12 minutes after putting it in oil….
10. if you touch it in beginning ,coating will spread in oil….so the key is not to touch it while its cooking. just turn it at end.
Now for broast sauce
Ingredients,
- Yogurt 1 cup
- mayonnaise 2 tbsp heaped
- boiled potato 1 small
- green chili 2
- garlic cloves 2
- salt 1/2 tsp or as required
Directions,
blend them fine. sauce is ready.
