Frozen Sheesh Kebab

Frozen Sheesh Kebab, very easy to make, I know many brands are selling them in market but you can make them cheaper and easy way…a little bit effort and some dish washing but when you finish making them ,you will be happy to see how cheap and taste thousand times better than market. 🙂 …so a really nice time pass ,try them you will surely love them and also relax to see your freezer has an item ready to cook any time when you are not in mood of cooking any thing else.

Ingredients,

  • Lamb/goat   mince with fat   500 g
  • onion  1 medium
  • garlic  4-5 cloves
  • ginger  1 inch piece
  • fresh coriander   a hand full
  • fresh mint leaves  half hand full
  • green chili  1
  • meat tenderizer powder  1/2 tsp
  • big bread slice  1
  • salt  1 tsp or as required
  • red chili powder   1 tsp

Directions,

1. In a chopper add onion, ginger, garlic, coriander,mint leaves...chop them fine.

3. Run chopper until all ingredients mix well.

4. Now make long sheesh kebab, keep a plastic bag on a plate, then arrange sheesh kebab on it keeping some distance in between so they will not stick to each other or with plate.

5. When nicely frozen, transfer them to a freezer bag and keep them in freezer until cooking.
