Mutton Kebab

A very easy Mutton Kebab recipe with less ingredients. My daughter is 9 now :). I am properly starting teaching my daughter cooking from now and this is 1 perfect easy recipe ,any one can make it. The idea of making mutton kebab was her and I make it simple for her, all cutting and other things she did. I just put tray of kebebs in oven .

1 thing is must when you start teaching a kid cooking just do not scared of giving them knife (of course knife should not be very sharp)  and do not think they can not do it. Just tell them to jump into it .YOU CAN DO IT  🙂  .That’s what I told her .I think she has perfect cooking skills and she loves to cook like her mummy and I am with her as far as she wants to cook 🙂 .  And like other recipes in my website this recipe is also perfect and all of you love it for sure. Ingredients,

List 1

  • Mutton boneless (Lamb or goat)    500 g
  • Salt   1  tsp or as required
  • Red chili powder   1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice  3 tbsp
  • Ginger garlic paste  1 tbsp heaped
  • Oil  3-4 tbsp
  • Meat tenderizer powder   1 tsp

List 2

  • Oil   for brushing
  • Capsicum red/yellow/green  as required
  • onion   1
  • skewers as required

1. Take boneless mutton in small cubes.

2. Add all above list 1 ingredients.

3. Marinate for 1 hour

4. Cut onions and capsicums in cubes

5. Now thread meat and veges in skewers

6. Keep them on a baking tray like shown in pic. So when they cook all extra juices fall down.

7. Bake them in a preheated oven on 180 C for 30-35 minutes.

Mutton Kebabs are ready
serve them with yogurt dip.
