Baked Ribs

Ingredients,

  • lamb/goat ribs 600 gm
  • white vinegar 2 tbsp
  • salt 1 tsp
  • cumin powder 1-1/2 tsp
  • brown sugar 3 tsp
  • peprika powder 2 tsp
  • red chili powder 1 tsp
  • small cardamom powder 1/4 tsp
  • cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp
  • black pepper crushed 1 tsp
  • garlic chopped 6-7 cloves
  • garlic powder 1/2 tsp

List 2

  • Barbecue sauce 2-3 tbsp
  • butter paper
  • foil

Directions,

1. take lamb or mutton ribs, wash them.

3. take a pan, keep foil in it, then keep a butter paper on it. butter paper will help the ribs not to stick with bottom.now layer ribs on it separately.

4. now fold the butter paper first.

5. now seal the ribs with foil.. be careful foil should be seal from every side because the ribs will be cooking in steam.

5. now seal the ribs with foil.. be careful foil should be seal from every side because the ribs will be cooking in steam. bake them in a preheated oven on 150 C for almost 3 hours. use a good quality thick foil, if you feel your foil is not thick enough , seal them with double layer of foil.
6. after almost 3 hours, take them out and layer 1-2 tbsp Barbq sauce on them, then again keep them in oven on 200 C for 10 minutes.
