Stir Fry Chicken Mince with Green Onion (ready in less than 20 minutes)

Ingredients,

  • chicken mince  500 gm
  • onion  1/2
  • garlic cloves  4-5
  • ginger 1 inch piece julian cut
  • green onion 2
  • green chili  1
  • yogurt 5-6 tbsp
  • salt  3/4 tsp
  • red chili flakes  1 tsp
  • cumin powder  1 tsp
  • whole cumin  1/2 tsp
  • turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
  • oil 4 tbsp

Directions,

1. Heat a pan, add 3-4 tbsp oil with 1/2 chopped onion and 4-5 chopped garlic cloves. Stir for 1 minutes.
