Black Pepper Meat Karahi

Meat karahi with black pepper flavor, very tasty simple and quick .

Ingredients,

  • Lamb/Goat meat with bones  400-450 g
  • tomato 2 medium
  • garlic cloves  5-6
  • whole black pepper  1 tsp
  • yogurt  1/2 cup
  • oil 1/4 cup
  • salt 3/4 tsp or as required
  • crushed black pepper  1 tsp
  • garam masala powder 1/4 tsp
  • fresh green chili 1-2
  • fresh coriander for garnish
  • fresh ginger  1 inch piece

Directions,

1. Take pressure cooker, add meat, garlic cloves,whole black pepper,tomatoes.

3. give it 15 minutes pressure. If you don't have pressure cooker,use garlic paste and cook your meat for 1-1/2 hours or until nicely tender.

4. Cut green chilies ,ginger in julian,chop fresh coriander, set them aside.

6. Transfer meat to a karahi.

6. Transfer meat to a karahi, add 1/4 cup oil. cook on high heat until all juices evaporate and you see oil with sides of the pan.
now add 1/2 cup yogurt and on high heat cook it until it has some gravy in it.
