Breaded Chops .Lamb or Goat chops cooked in hot sauce and soy sauce then coat with bread crumbs then deep fry until golden. Crispy outside ,tender inside. Try and give your reviews in comments 🙂

Ingredients,

List 1

  • Chops   (lamb/goat)    700-750 g
  • Hot sauce  1/4 cup
  • Soy sauce  2 tbsp
  • Ginger paste   1 tbsp
  • White Vinegar   4 tbsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp

For coating, List 2

  • Self raising flour   1/2 cup
  • salt   1/4 tsp
  • red chili powder  1/4 tsp
  • Bread crumbs   as required

1. Take chops.

2. Add all list 1 ingredients.

3. Add 1-1/2 cup water.

4. Cook them on slow heat for 1 hour.
I cook them in pressure cooker for 12 minutes. Dry all extra juices from them.

5. Take out and let them cool.

Now for coating from list 2…mix self raising flour,salt,red chili powder with some water and make a thin batter.
I use fresh bread crumbs. You can use any one you like.
Now first coat chops in flour batter then in bread crumbs.

7. Keep them in freezer for half hour. So that coating will set nicely on them.

8. Fry in hot oil until golden.
