Gram flour Fried Chops

Serving = 5-6 persons

Ingredients,

  • lamb or goat chops   1 kg
  • oil  3 tbsp
  • ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • yogurt  1/2 cup
  • red chili flakes  1 tbsp
  •  garam masala powder   3/4  tbsp
  • turmeric powder  1 tsp
  • cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • salt   3/4  tsp or as required

List 2,

  • gram flour (besan)   1 cup
  • fresh coriander chopped  4 tbsp
  • crushed cumin (kuta zeera)   1 tbsp
  • salt  1/2 tsp or as required
  • lemon juice  3 tbsp

Directions,
