Lakhnavi Galawati Kebab

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

List 1
  • Beef/Mutton mince   250 gm
  • papaya paste 1 tsp (if you don’t have papaya add meat tenderizer 1/2 tsp)
  • ginger garlic paste  1tsp
  • green chili paste  1 tsp
  • nutmeg and mace powder  1/2 tsp
  • cinnamon powder  1/2 tsp
  • red chili powder  1 tsp
  • garam masala powder  1/2 tsp
  • poppy seeds roasted grind  1 tsp
  • desiccated coconut roasted grind  1 tbsp
  • cumin roasted grind 1 tsp
  • yogurt  1 tbsp
  • fried and crushed onion   2 tbsp
  • butter  1 tbsp
List 2
  • roasted chickpea powder   2 tbsp (use roasted gram flour 2 tbsp if you don’t have chickpea)
  • oil 4-5 tbsp for cooking

Directions,

1. Add all list 1 ingredients in a bowl. mix well.

1. Add all list 1 ingredients in a bowl. mix well. For best results make sure there is no water in meat mince, If you feel there is some water take a cloth ,keep mince in it and squeeze it.
2. when above ingredients mix well in it, then add roasted chickpea powder and mix well ... marinate it for at least  2 hours.

3. Make long or round kebabs , cook them with 4-5 tbsp oil for 5-6 minutes.

I am serving these with 2 dips... Tamarind mint chatni/yogurt mint raita....you can make any 1 or both. Both dips recipe link is above in ingredients list.
