The best burger meat patty I ever made, awesome flavour and just melts in your mouth. I made them and then freeze them so its easy to serve them when ever I want , these are also best for lunch box . So try and share with me you like them or not 🙂Â
Ingredients,
- Mutton mince with fat  1 kg
- paprika powder  1-1/2 tbsp heaped
- Crushed red chili  1 tsp
- Salt 1-1/2 tsp
- Italian seasoning  1 tsp
- Garam masala powder  1-1/2 tsp
- onion 2 finely chopped
- parsley  1 cup chopped
- green chili 3-4 Â chopped
- egg  1
- Ginger Garlic paste  2 tbsp heaped
- Meat tenderizer powder  1 tsp
