Meat patty for burger (frozen)

The best burger meat patty I ever made, awesome flavour and just melts in your mouth. I made them and then freeze them so its easy to serve them when ever I want , these are also best for lunch box . So try and share with me you like them or not 🙂 

Ingredients,

  • Mutton mince with fat   1 kg
  • paprika powder  1-1/2 tbsp heaped
  • Crushed red chili  1 tsp
  • Salt 1-1/2 tsp
  • Italian seasoning  1 tsp
  • Garam masala powder  1-1/2 tsp
  • onion 2 finely chopped
  • parsley   1 cup chopped
  • green chili 3-4  chopped
  • egg  1
  • Ginger Garlic paste   2 tbsp heaped
  • Meat tenderizer powder   1 tsp

1. Mix all above ingredients and marinate it for 30 minutes.
2. Make big size patty.

2. Make big size patty. Keep them separately on a plate and freeze.

3. Take out and keep them in a freezer bag. and cook whenever you want to .
4. Cook with 2-3 tbsp oil.

Toast burger with some butter, layer cheese/mayonnaise/ketchup keep patty in it.
