Meat Shinwari Karahi

Meat Shinwari Karahi very nice mild flavors made just with 2 spices, cumin and black pepper.

Serving = 4 persons

Ingredients,

  • Meat with bones (lamb/goat)   500 gm
  • tomatoes  3 medium (300 gm)
  • green chilies 4-5
  • ginger paste  1 tbsp
  • garlic paste  1 tbsp
  • cumin crushed  1-1/2 tsp
  • black pepper crushed  1 tsp
  • salt  1 tsp or as required
  • fresh ginger and coriander for garnish
  • oil  3/4 cup
