Spicy Lamb Rolls

Simple way of making Lamb rolls. I used boneless lamb meat cubes in it, you can also use goat meat ,or use chicken. Slow cooked lamb boneless cubes with spices then layer in paratha with spicy yogurt dip.

Ingredients,

For Paratha
  • Plain flour  500 g
  • Salt  1 tsp
  • Baking powder  1 tsp
  • Oil  1/8 cup
For boneless lamb filling
  • Lamb boneless cubes    500 g
  • Garlic paste   1 tsp
  • Oil   2-3 tbsp
  • Salt   1 tsp
  • red chili powder    1 tbsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tbsp
  • Lemon juice   2 tbsp
  • Onion  2 medium   
For spicy yogurt dip
  • Yogurt    250 g
  • Garlic paste   1/2 tsp
  • Red chili powder  1/2 tsp
  • Salt  1/2 tsp
  • Cumin powder  1 tsp

1. In a pan add 2-3 tbsp oil, add lamb meat with 1 tsp garlic paste and saute for 4-5 minutes.
2. Now add salt 1 tsp, red chili powder 1 tbsp, cumin powder 1 tbsp, again saute for 1 minute.
3. Add 1 cup water and cook it on slow heat until meat is nicely tender, almost for 1 hour.
4. Saute it again and dry it ,if it has some water in it. Add 2 sliced onions and 2 tbsp lemon juice stir for 2 minutes. Turn off the heat.

For paratha mix all above paratha ingredients and knead with water a medium soft dough.
Keep it covered for 15 minutes then use.

For yogurt dip mix all above dip ingredients .

Cook all parathas with some ghee/clarified butter.

Layer cooked lamb meat and spicy yogurt dip on paratha. Roll it.
